followed the low calorie, low fat diets to try to shed the 60 pounds gained after giving birth to my daughter Aida Alyssa, but failed miserably with them," notes Rhonda Ramos. "I decided to give the low carb lifestyle a shot because a friend of mine had done so well with it. This is the way we're going to eat, and will encourage our customers to eat, for the rest of our lives," states Ramos.


Ramos adds that becoming a Castus franchisee was just a natural fit for herself and her husband.
"After seeing the Castus Low Carb Superstore concept, we knew they were head and shoulders above what is currently available in the United States," Ramos said.
